You don't need every file ready to order. Pay first, then upload your details and logo in the portal at your own pace. The turnaround clock starts once we have your content, not the moment you order.
Every order comes with a proper proofing round, two revisions, and print-ready final files. Proofs go through your portal so everything is in one place -- no email chains.
Final files are sent as PDF, CMYK, 300dpi -- ready to hand to any printer. If you need extra revisions or a priority slot, both are available as paid add-ons at checkout.
First proofs typically arrive from 24hrs on single-item orders once your brief is complete. Larger or multi-item orders are scheduled on review, and we confirm the schedule personally.
Your turnaround clock starts when we have your content -- not when you place the order. That way, you're not penalised for taking a day to gather your logo or copy.
